  • Location : Gurgaon
    Job Description: Daily tracking of Sale for GSA-airlines from all the GSA locations, Follow-up with all STIC branches, to make sure that all the ticket image/refunds-RA/DBC should reach the Account Payables department before the airline reporting deadline. Fortnightly Data consolidation for the sale/refund/adjustments for all the carriers & all the locations. Submission of ASR after ensuring that reconciliation has been done between the physical ticket image & ASR DATA/Final report The ASR should be reported to the respective airlines within set timelines. Timely payment to Airlines & reconciliation of ASR with the supplier ledger. Reconciliations (invoice receipt & our books) and payments to STA-Lon for all the ticket issued. Inventory Control. After getting the request from any of the STIC branches, Executive will ensure that all the invoices have been raised to the STIC Travels’ client & payment has been received in advance. Would be responsible for the reconciliation of the supplier ledger & its tallying with the payment records. In case any commission has not been accounted (as per the STIC Travels’ vendors policy) in the payment receipt, then the executive would be responsible for the follow up for incentive.
